Flipboard for homeschooling on the spectrum

This workshop was presented in the 2016 Special Needs Conference - December 7, 2016

Don't Flip Out...Flipboard!!

Come and learn a fantastic FREE tool for incorporating technology in a safe, creative environment.  Flipboard is a major part of Lynne's homeschooling of her 17 year old high functioning autistic son. In this seminar Lynne will show how Flipboard can be used as a tool to help special needs kids learn. Flipboard not only can be used as a reader, but also allows you or your child to design their own magazines that are specific for your child's learning style, as well as their interests. It can also be used as a collaboration with other students and tracking the progress of your child in their schooling. We will explore these topics and more!
