Grating Grade Levels: Refer to Children by Their Natural Age

Call it any of these: the Factory Model; the Prussian time based system; or the Conveyor Belt.
Regardless of your choice, as a parent of an existing home schooled child, or one thinking about transitioning to home education, you likely subconsciously and consciously type, talk, & think in grade levels K-12.

SJ Barakony, the founder of SBSL, an Educational Solutions Provider, will make the case in this presentation to no longer sell your child/ren short: All were born with the seeds of greatness in some area: whether creatively ('right' brained), athletically, task oriented ( 'left' ), et al, and artificial grade levels are way out of step with the ultra fast paced economy of the late 2010's

Let's life them up, edifying them onward to be all they can be, & not put a lid from a 160 year old approach in their path!

A brief history of this 'grade level' system, a vision for where we can go, goals/strategy, & day to day tactics will all be shared to assist in this very important mindset shift.
