How can I listen to a recording of the speakers who I have missed hearing during the e-conference?

When the speaker has finished, it takes about an hour for us to propogate the recording.  From the ‘REPLAYS” link on the conference pages, you will be able to click to see the recording.

For Donna Goff –  right before we went live, she discovered her microphone and webcam were not working properly.  This was not a HECOA technical error, this was the speaker having difficulty.  We provided training and instructions for all of the speakers several weeks ago, but sometimes a setting changes on their end and we get no sound.  She has rescheduled her presentation for 2pm Pacific time today (June 1st) and we will broadcast her at that time.

I am a Plus Member and need to watch the replays at my convienance.  I see that the two from today are up but, when I clicked on Donna's, it brought me to this description page with nowhere to play the video.  How do I get access?  Maybe I'm just not seeing it…  :-/

You need to be logged in to see the video replay.  It should have brought you to this page:  http://hecoa.com/starting-new-or-starting-over-a-primer-for-getting-it-right

I checked the access codes for the page, everything is correct.  Sometimes a user’s browser will have various settings that are preventing you from watching the video.  You might try switching browsers.  If that doesn’t work, clear your cache and history.  Let us know if you continue to have issues.

Is there a way to receive the handout mentioned above?  I don't see a box to input my information.  Thank you for your assistance.
